Matt Stanley, JD

Matt’s work focuses on practice transitions, appraisals, and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience representing clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, business restructuring, real estate, and corporate governance. Prior to becoming an attorney, Matt worked as a commercial banking executive and as a management consultant where he was primarily focused on corporate finance, risk management, and asset valuations.
Matt is a past member of the Board of Visitors for Hiram College, a member of The Lawyers Guild of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland, serves as Finance Counsel for Our Lady of Peace Church in Cleveland, Ohio, and is an honorary trustee for the Scottish Terrier Club of America.
