Ms. McBride has been practicing law for over 25 years, with a primary focus on representing healthcare clients. Ms. McBride provides tax and consulting services to dentists, dental specialists and their advisors and represents healthcare clients on a local, regional, and national basis on matters involving all phases of practice transition, mergers and acquisitions, dental start-ups, and DSO transitions. Ms. McBride will review, negotiate and prepare associate employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, purchase and sale agreements, buy-sell agreements, real estate purchase agreements, leases and other related documents. She also consults with clients and assists with selection, organization and dissolution of practice entities, practice valuation, tax allocations, and general business and operational matters for the professional practice.
Ms. McBride is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
